For guests
Find My Seat
Guests: scan the QR code from the welcome sign, type your name and see your table. Hosts can make the code with the free seating chart maker.
Find your seat

Planning an event? Make your own seating chart and QR code with the seating chart maker, or try a sample seat finder.
Your guest list stays in this browser. It is not uploaded, saved or used for ads or analytics, and files you import are read on your device. Refreshing or closing the page clears the chart, so use “Save project file” to keep working later. The seat finder link carries the names inside the link itself: anyone who has the link or QR code can read the list, so share it only with your guests.
How the seat finder works
The hosts build their chart with the seating chart maker and print a QR code. The code holds a link whose last part (after the # sign) contains the table list. Your browser reads it on this page; that part of a link is not sent to our server, and this page does not load ads or log what you type.
- If your name is not listed, try your last name or ask the hosts; they may have used a nickname or initial.
- Hosts: make a new code whenever you move people, and keep a printed chart for guests without a phone.
